How Big Can You Think?
TownsFinder!,
a major provider of online job listings and candidate referrals to recruiters,
is seeking a seasoned and talented Manager of B-to-B Marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all
aspects of our Self Serve and Corporate B-to-B marketing
efforts including planning, program conception, creative,
and program execution. The ideal candidate will have a broad range
of abilities including marketing strategy, working with creative
teams, and detailed execution of programs.
Responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the
Senior Director of B-to-B Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales
leadership to develop and execute lead generation programs.
* Developing marketing plans for Self Serve and Corporate
channels and driving plans into execution.
*
Successfully bringing new products to marketing including go-to-market
plan conception, messaging development, and program execution.
*
Managing budgets and working across the team to optimize marketing spend
to most efficient vehicles..
* Building analytic
tools and establishing quantitative measures to track effectiveness
of programs.
* Developing and delivering presentations to
internal audiences on marketing plans and goals.
* Creating customer
communications designed to ensure retention and generate revenue through
cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Minimum Job Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience
within a B-to-B marketing organization of a significant scale.
* Strong experience in online and offline marketing disciplines,
with a proven track record in supporting the efforts of a Direct Sales
organization.
* Substantive relationship-building and partnership
skills
* The ability to write and deliver compelling marketing
presentations
* A high degree of quantitative and analytical
acumen
* Database Marketing knowledge and experience.
* A high level of energy and desire to be a part of a dynamic team.
